2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

For customer initiated cancellations, all international bank transfer and transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If the cancellation is initiated by Elias Tours Egypt, the company will cover all applicable transfer fees.

3. Non Refundable Services

Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM): Government issued tickets are strictly non refundable once confirmed.
Domestic Flights: Subject to airline fare regulations and non refundable booking policies.
Nile Cruise Reservations: May follow seasonal supplier cancellation conditions depending on availability and travel dates.

4. Force Majeure & Global Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen global situations including pandemics, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or force majeure circumstances, refund requests will be reviewed according to supplier and hospitality partner policies.

Approved refunds in force majeure situations may be processed after hotel, cruise, transportation, and third party policy verification procedures are completed.

5. Secure Payment Protection

All online payments processed by Elias Tours Egypt are handled through secure and encrypted payment gateways designed to protect traveler financial information and maintain international booking security standards.

Guests are encouraged to review all booking confirmations, payment summaries, and included services before completing final transactions for private Egypt tours, luxury Nile cruises, and customized travel experiences.

6. Travel Responsibility & Guest Agreement

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that all passport validity requirements, visa regulations, medical conditions, and travel insurance arrangements are completed before arrival in Egypt.

Elias Tours Egypt cannot be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or additional expenses caused by airline disruptions, governmental restrictions, weather conditions, or traveler documentation issues beyond the company’s direct control.
